Fogo de Chao
Belt Line Road, Addison, TX
For a different style of eating try the Brazillian restaurant Fogo de
Chao, where you'll be presented with a variety of cooked meats. If
you're not too full, there is also a well stocked salad bar and excellent
choice of wines and deserts. Prices are around 40 USD per head.

La Madeleine
Belt Line Road, Addison, TX
For a lighter bite, La Madeleine, offers a French cuisine with a
slightly Mexican attitude. Where else would you be thanked with "Muchas
gracias" for buying a French quiche? A snack can be had for about 15 USD.

Ruth's Chris Steak House
off Tollway North, Addison, TX
If you like your steaks, then Ruth's Chris Steak House, is one of
the best steak houses in town. Beware, as Texan's like 'em big, so go
for the Petite Filet, as a T-Bone might be more like a mountain climbing
experience. Reasonably priced at about 35 USD per head.

they are too. They also do a small selection of very good deserts and have

The Flying Saucer
Belt Line Road, Addison, TX
The Flying Saucer is part of a small chain of specialist draught beer
emporiums in the States. They serve 240+ different beers. When I first looked
behind the bar I thought they had a lot of trophy beer taps on display - they
aren't trophies - behind each and every one is a keg of beer. They server some
fantastic beers in a lively atmosphere which is obviously popular with the locals.

Getting about...
Cabs (Taxis) can be booked quite
easily and some of the shopping malls will call a cab to come and pick you up -
they can't be easily hailed from the street, as in London.
